First ride of spring.

First ride of spring for me after spending a good few months with a very painful lower back which stopped me from riding.
However bright lovely morning just going to do a loop 16 miles averaged about 20 kph that’s what the trip widget said and that’s with hills, so I’m very pleased @ 45 overweight non smoker with my 74 year old dad setting the pace on his vintage Italian campag record equipped road bike.
