I thought I would give them a try, I purchased some from my wholesaler in 700C the basic tyre in 28mm and I have installed them on my Gillot steel frame bike, my every day cycle and the ride is great.
Roads here are a little greasy not very wet only between showers, I have the tyres at 6 bar and they are performing really well , corner well noiseless and sorry to say look great in a minimalist way . As you can see I have a hammered alloy mudguards fitted to the cycle,I know they are not Honjo’s but none the less look very attractive ,they come with adjustable struts and all fitting hardware in the price.
